A portion of the event's profits will go to three non-profit organizations: Cxmmunity, which promotes Esports for people of color; Beyond Sports NBA 2K MT, which aids in the transformation of athletic abilities into real-world opportunities as well as That Harper Kid. This foundation was created by Linnae Harper, a former Chicago Sky guard, to assist local children.
Many Chicago area high school basketball stars have also pledged their support to the cause such as Jahil Okafor, Kendrick Nunn, Quentin Richardson, Darius Miles, Tim Hardaway, Deon Thomas, Hoop Dreams stars Arthur Agee and William Gates and Chicago high school legend Linnae Harper.
